The main point of this book is on showing the point that the entire world economy depends on the creative class. In this context Florida states that US is losing this potential class because of the difficulty of accepting this class.
Its for sure that whenever the talent goes there is improvement, development, innovation and economic growth. Unfortunately the creative class people in nowadays generally do not find the appropriate path to develop their prospect in their home countries and they are obliged to find it in the countries that offers them not just higher salary but also possibilities as trainings or grounds where they can make researches. In Albania its quite impossible this class (talented people) to find possibilities to develop themselves because even the resources are very limited.
When it comes to US this country is passing through a period of non sustainability, after 9/11, but its still managing to receive a number of talented people, maybe the number is low comparing to previous years. Reason for this may be the economical crises, or because they are consider a threat that many students after finalizing their studies, turn back and make use of the knowledge in their home country.

I would like to mention something here, as you told us in Albania its impossible to find possibilities to develop them self and for this reason any of Albanian students turn back and make use of the knowledge in their home country even now that US is passing through a period of non sustainability.
