My example referring the books on current situation of my county: 1. Collective commitment *We want justice on our place to live better and have healthy environment 2. Doing/not doing instead *We are not looking our mistakes before we react *the politic system and leaders doesn’t let the justice to do the proper job. *we are fighting for what, for whom… We are confusing and not clear on focusing the point although we know very well what we must fight for… 3. Collective hidden competing commitment *we have to create healthy environment without big risk for our family and the other people also. 4. Collective big assumption * If we fight with force our rights without consensus and compromise by all the parts that each one present, the happiness will never come.
