SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

We accept some people as clever even an expert but great changes come from the people who we once considered insane. The once who (have) founded their path on morality are the source of inspiration and they are to be followed as long as they don’t accept any benefit for their service. If they accept, they fall from their star of guidance and at the most they can become successful businessmen. Nothing is wrong with being a businessman since we would starve without business. Successful, honest and generous businessmen can open many new materialistic and spiritual roads for people and we should appreciate them. But without the guidance of the people who devote their lives to humanity we would be lost somewhere in the middle of the tunnel. We sometimes need somebody to shake us and show the humane side. As you know, there are two sides of a coin, the head and tail. On the tail the (financial) value of the coin is written and on the head usually there is a human. Thanks to the human on the head, we have the tail. We pay some respect to the human on the head when we remember or when we can take our eyes off the tail but unfortunately we value the tail more. Somebody -at least- sometimes should show us the human side of the coin.

  1. I agree with Ibrahim in this regard, that Business side and the non-profit side are only meaningful when they're together.
Some people are better motivated with money and that's not a bad thing. This is healthy for the society if they work honestly for profit as long as they are responsible towards the customers and the society as well as the environment and planet.
