“Click” :The Magic of instant connections

I have always wondered why some people just had that click with  all others around them, and only the title clicked with me. I felt that unconscious sense that time after time grows within us to be more self aware. And find an over the counter solution for bonding relationships, networking and social solution was a must read. This is partially because the science of human interaction, particularly relationships, has always been personally interesting

 As a team supervisor, I found it most useful for thinking about how to get my teams to click with each other. I can easily see how putting people share their personal lives, situations outside of work can be very helpful. This is a valuable book to make me think about how to get people to work better together by forging personal connection
