The Flight of the Creative Class

In this book Richard Florida tries to give the possible places where creativity gathers and why this happens. Why creativity attracts and feeds creativity can be hidden in the positive feedback of ideas stimulating other ideas on eachother. There are some outside factors which catalyses this gathering. If in a place, arts, small businesses and free trade is available, creative people tend to go there; if the system is too strict and every corner is already occupied, they prefer to go to another place. This shows that there is an economical aspect of this phenomenon requiring provision of  a solid baseline to people in terms of basic needs and access to other people. Big cities are better in this regard, which provide small business and trade opportunities for many people. Whether Tirana will be such a city, we'll see within this decade. I would suggest that Durres and Tirana should be considered as a single entity since there are many people who live in Durres and work in Tirana or vice versa. This type of dual city life can  be a stimulating factor for creativity.
