The Flight of the Creative Class

Brain drain and brain gain is a very sensitive phenomenon for many emerged economies protected by government policies. Many countries have followed different approaches to attract and retain talented people, distinct professionals and geniuses in the roadmap to create that special mix for competitiveness in global economy. Its this so called “creative class” central in any region economic success with its motivation, diversity and complexity.

Born in an economy that has still to be emerged and which has faced a lot of brain drain I have faced many times what it means to recruit, attract and retain the right proffessionals.
