To be sincere these themes are very actual and innnovative, because you have the possibility to express your ideas in your small, and maybe to contribute in something, that can be changed and improved.
If somebody asks me, how can you change the world ?
I would say; No, I can't, but I can change my self.
After that you see the power of your idea reflecting in yourself and spreaded to the others.
As far as i could see in all the examples mentioned in the class all the people we talked about had something in common, their change began from themselves.
After that they took initiatives and continue to follow their dreams and ideas.
Doesn't matter in what context you operate or work, doesn't matter the field you come from important is idea your vision and determination to change things in a good manner.

ReplyDeleteIf everyone of us tries to change himself by giving to others his/her best part of personality the world would be changed into a better one much faster than imagined.
But the main issue here lays in the question : People want to change and give their best without earning something except gratitude or do they like lurking after their moneys or possibilities without doing nothing ...??

ReplyDeleteYou are right, because showing initiative is about going beyond simply "doing your job". As you become experienced and more knowledgeable you will be expected to show initiative. That is, expected to take more interest in the work, become more adaptable, be able to anticipate what needs to be done and get on with it, and begin making suggestions on how to do things better.
