The globalization is making possible changes that were not possible before. New countries are emerging and history will REPEAT. The nowadays Alfa dogs will fall by the wind created from the emerging new forces. If since at the beginning of time the kingdom with the greater army was the most powerful nation nowadays the country with the largest economy and the largest capability of moving money is the alfa dog.
Of course the economical power can only be achieved through prepared minds. the way these minds are gathered is the most important notion nowadays. Countries like the USA or UK have been the leaders in getting these minds so far, but things are changing. Countries that are the source of these minds (india,china ect) now are getting capable of keeping these minds.
The wind is changing…………

As you said the wind is changing, and let's hope will happen the same in Albania, because it is the "creative class" we need and not money.
