Immunity to Change

Hi to everybody,
This book reminds me of the Evolution theory of Charles Darwin. The species that do not adopt to change , no longer adopt to life and then they get distinguished.

We humans have difficulties with change. We create streotypes and live upon them. We refuse to allow new generations and ideas to take place, as they threaten the very existence of those that can not adopt to change.

We see this phenomena in us, in our family , friends and work. We refuse change, we willingly accept routine. Once routine breaks we are scared, because at that very moment there is not security. Since when routine has come to equal the notion of security then there is a change in the chain of living with which the earlier we go to use to live with the better it is.

  1. Dear Anri,

I completely agree with you that change looks like Evolution. And as Evolution, the change can't happen in one day, it happens gradually. So let's do not forget that even "Rome wasn't built in a day".
Anything that is worth - takes time to assemble.

  2. Hello Anri
Change is inevitable, we don`t have to be scare of it, we are not the same guys when we were graduated from the schools, you have to face the change and the reality, that is the force of your character to accept the change.
Do not be afraid of it.
    Cheers

  3. Dear Anri
You are right. We refuse change but chance is unavoidable for human beings.I think the people who accept easily to change are more successful.

  4. but not always changes are that easy.A recent study for example showed that when doctors tell heart patients they will die if they don't change their habits, only one in seven will be able to follow through successfully. Desire and motivation aren't enough: even when it's literally a matter of life or death, the ability to change remains maddeningly elusive.
