The more educated and emancipated the man, in creating his artistic or scientific personality, the more pure and altruistic he is, in self-denial for the good of his people,society till humanity.
Albanian creative class has been a progressive one not only in Albania but also in the region, staying close to the problems of society, fighting for freedom, for the people, for democracy and progress.
Nowadays would be an unforgivable fact of appreciation on the general and national interests, to remain indifferent to the great social life, which is charged with injustice and social crisis.
New bourgeois class or political in Albania today, in front of society have primarily put the interests of their economic enrichment through embezzlement of property of the individual and the people, their labor and sweat for five decades poured into social-communist system Unfortunately today we are in a situation where the creative class is abandoned, idle or with no award, so to have a better life,they had to emigrate in the world. There are many artists, scientists, engineers, creative people etc.. who have left, creating a huge vacuum in Albania social intellectualism.
In the early twentieth century, a character well known to the Albanians, Ismail Qemali, was of the opinion that the new century would have been dominated by political power they had possession of many economic resources (financial) and not those who had great military potential. It is clear that this conceptual elements he had, influenced and given him that level of intellectual and elite to which he belonged.
In any developed society, intellectual, financial and policy elements should be harmonized so that their relationship has results in well-being and overall development of that society.
Creative class in each field must be recognized and interacted and not to follow a path exclusive to each other. When the elite people interact and recognize the importance of each other, then there is the need of a shared vision. It is historically proven that when a society creative class provide a vision for the future and plan to be followed to reach this goal, then that society has not only progressed, but has been dominant over other societies, which have not had this luck.

Related with what Shpendi mentioned Albanian intellectuals i agree with the fact that creative class must be award more than it actually is. In the beginning of 90s many intellectuals left our country and they proved themselves who they were in other countries. The actual economic status of the country have made very obvious the urgent need for the qualified class of management in all the fields. Not only foreign companies but the Albanian ones are now conscious that they can not go to a higher level without the contribution of the creative class. I believe the very soon the flight of the Albanian creative class will have the oposide direction.

ReplyDeleteAlbania always have had emigration from 90-s to to these days and before the second world war. Most of the creative class that has emigrate has never returned back, they have done great things under the name of different countries but they never have denied their origin.
The best part of this is that our country always has produced and will produce creative class. The important thing at this stage is to be able to hold on this class, to provide comfortable conditions for this people to work in our country.

The ability to attract human capital, as well the ability to attract companies plays a key role in economic competitiveness and in economic development of a country. Unfortunately Albania has not such capabilities to retain this up mentioned human capital.Let us hope and give some contribution to make possible the flight back of the Albanian creative class as Afrim said.

ReplyDeleteI think such as Florian. Albania is valuable country. Your country always has produced and will produce creative class. The important thing is to be able to hold on this class, to provide comfortable conditions for this people to work in your country. Albania is changing. I`m very hopeful for Albania.
