How do we click with our colleagues?
We spend at work a lot of time, even more time than we spend with our families so the clicking is a “mandatory” element of our professional life. I am wondering how do we connect with our colleagues? How do we connect with them in order that our relationships may make our working life not only happier and easier but also bring effective forces to reach the goals of the company on collaboration with each other? Does the proximity take place in this process, similarity or maybe resonance? By default we are similar with our department’s colleagues as we are coming from the same educational / working background. It is a similar field of interests and we have a lot of in common regardless all the other differences we may have. We are located in the same working areas so proximity takes its place. Based on my experience as closer you stay to colleagues, the more likely you click with them, you start to share with them not only work related issues but also your personal feelings and problems. Therefore the proximity generates mutual understanding and trust in the relationships which leads to a resonance. I think we click much better in balance of these chained factors and all of them shall be involved in the clicking with all kind of people: our colleagues, customers, families, friends…

I agree with Tatiana by saying that “Click” is a very important and mandatory for our professional life. At the same time we feel that we have to click with our colleagues for the sake of the work and the conformity that we have inside. So, in order to have the click with each other we start to find common points that we have between each other e.g. what is your favourite team, which is your home town or even looking forward to some common experiences that we had and mighty have. So, we work and try have a good “click” even though actually there is just a “spark” as we are aware that "click" is a daily process in a relationship with other people surrounding us.

we start to click them . and this clicking will be continuous.

We should stop to criticize to others first we should look and criticize to ourselves and create EMPATHY

ReplyDeleteI would like to say that clicking with customers and clicking with friends are similar but not same things. Because in friendship or relationships being honest and trustful with people is crucial, knowing to keep the balance of giving and taking is so important, and we should also not misuse people trust and profit from them. In these conditions we can maintain a true friendship, otherwise it is all superficial and the true, sincere one is lost. While clicking with customers is much easier.

The importance of "clicking" at work regards not only your professional field but social and economical also.

ReplyDeleteIt is true that uor experince live has shown that closer we stay with people bettre are the opprtunity to click and be familiar with them in uor daylife problem.but i also think that Clicking with someoneb requires much more than these.sometimes is something that we can not give expalanation.
