  1. Book No.1. SWITCH
Everyday people wake up and start their lives; some working and struggling to be successful, some others trying to survive. In every moment people want everything and want it to be done “perfectly” even if the perfection is impossible to be achieved.
Everyday in the offices there are different faces watching each other. Some are supervisors and others are supervised.
Everyday the supervisors want more work done correctly and everyday supervised employees are not satisfied and motivated. The employees want work paid properly and also get satisfaction (according their expectations) meanwhile the employers want the achievement of the targets.

How must it be made avoiding discouraging and increasing the positive adrenaline in the veins of the employees?
    Delegating all the time?
    Mentioning only numbers and figures?
    Giving more work to them?
Force the employees to make their work?

NO; For my opinion, none of the aforementioned ways is not the appropriate. The company should find the way to make its employees feel part of it. They should understand the importance in achieving the company’s goals through achieving their own personal goals.
If a football player wants his team to win ,he first will try to accomplish his expectations to be the best or one of the best players of the championship; only through this the match may be won and the team may succeed.

  2. The truth is that in Albania the concept of making the employees feel part of the enterprise is far from being accepted from the directors. Only in the banking system or foreign companies this can be felt.
In order for a country to be successful it is extremely necessary that the numbers of the educated people should increase in order to create a mind ( the rider) that the masses ( elephant ) can follow.
Educated people are necessary in order to better understand what the masses ( elephant wants) and what is good for them and only like this analyzing these two concepts the Rider can prepare a path that is easily accepted from the Elephant.
I believe this concept can be adopted to every situation.

  3. In my opinion the only difference between educated people and the masses is that the educated have increased the self-control and as such have provided the Rider with more powers than normal.
I do not believe that the numbers of educated people affect the results of the behavior of a society.
The way this is provided to them is more important because the key in my opinion to a successful goal is the way that that goal was planned to be achieved.
